The Pentax 645 has a frame size of 56x41mm, bronica etrs is 55mm X 42mm, and you'd always have to crop some of your image for printing or scanning. You can do zero crop on digital. Being within a mm between film and digital makes zero actual difference in the real world.
Having a sensor that's literally 127 size, is not medium format, it's no different to comparing half frame to full frame film photos, and how they didn't want to devalue new digital products by calling it "half" or "crop" frame, but instead conflating it with the most unnecessary film format of all time, which hit the hype train just as film was dying and digital was taking off, APS. There's nothing "advanced photo system" about using a cheap, shit, small sensor.
