I thought that was a rumor

plus i've worked with both and lomo WAY thinner than any kodak I've handled.

I love the results of lomo btw, it's just a pita to get on reels.

Matter of taste but I can’t get past the plastic lens look.
People love them though and there are huge groups dedicated to them.
Gives a good idea what results you will get.

honestly for $16 I might get a couple but I feel like $10 or below would be a far more attractive price. I can't remember how much they used to cost many years ago. I'm not sure but I think I remember paying $14 for a two pack when I went on a field trip once.

they're just not worth it in most cases IMO. hell, even the underwater ones end up being a worse deal than buying a reusable underwater camera. It'll amortize over 2 to 3 rolls of film
