you have zero experience in disassembling, cleaning, re-lubing and reassembling lenses so you will ruin it
Either you go buy a dozen cheap beater lenses and all the tools you need right now and practice for a bunch of months till you tackle a lens you actually want to use, or you take it to a shop which does the annoying labor for you, paying a couple of times over what you already spent on the lens
so you do the common sense solution of selling the lens and buying one that is intact with the money
