I recently bought my first camera, a full frame mirrorless
After a week of using it I feel like I have developed carpel tunnel
Are my hands too small for my camera or am I holding it wrong?

You already had carpal tunnel from 4chinz and gaymes and that's the tiny amount of stress needed to trigger it (using your hands at all). Large camera are designed to be naturally ergonomic.
