Hi there! I'm currently using a Sony WX500 for a very specific use case, which is shooting pictures in aircraft museums (both indoor and outdoor) as well as some landscapes. I love how compact this camera is, the powerful zoom and the light weight, but I'm often meeting its limitations.

What could substitute it to bring me sharper pictures with more detail? I'd be willing to sacrifice some of its compactness/lightness as well as the zoom, or some of it. It would be a huge bonus if the new camera was somewhat capable at astrophotography.

I'd hovering on the 400-600€ mark, new or second hand.
