The higher you're flying, easier you're from being spotted by them. Other restrictions tend to ground your drone at the take off, with that DJI red zoning. Just don't fly near heliports, use the shadow of buildings when flying at urban areas. Assuming you could be Brazilian by flying over the Amazon rain forest, it's fine tou you to use that app that you can inform them about your flying patch, and just go on with your things.
flying over the amazon like you did there is totally fine tho, just keep an eye for helicopters and small planes.
