I contacted Fuji Switzerland about this X-Pro3 issue.
Here's the reply I received.

Thank you for your inquiry and that you trust in our products.
As a Swiss trading company that imports Fujifilm products and resells them to Swiss retailers, we cannot comment directly on this matter.
We have also heard about the case in the USA and are equally curious about the outcome which will be reached in court.
There is no official statement from Fujifilm confirming the poor quality of the ribbon cable.
If we look at all the repair cases of X-Pro3 cameras since the launch in Switzerland, we have had only one case of this model where the ribbon cable had to be replaced.
Also, the total failure rate is very low in relation to the number of cameras imported by us into the Swiss market.
Therefore, we cannot assume a serial defect at the moment, which could lead to a recall.
I cannot recommend you to stop using the LCD display of your camera because of the events that took place in the USA.
Continue to use the display as normal and capture moments in life as you would have before the class action lawsuit in the US.
If the lawsuit is justified, a reputable manufacturer like Fujifilm would offer a customer-oriented solution to the problem.
I am convinced of that.
Have a great end of the week and always good light!
