It's very hard to find a lab that processes black and white reversal, so short of mailing it to a place that does once you find one, there's no way you're getting it done.
Ferrania P30 is an old emulsion. Expect to have to expose even slightly more than box speed for shadow density, it's also much less sensitive to red than modern emulsions so it will give Orthochromatic-esque contrast.
Honestly after reading this, I think you are probably better off home deving. All of these films will disappoint at least a little without really knowing how and what to get out of them with development.
