If film is so superior in terms of color science and being unreproducable with digital tools, why don't wedding photographers shoots film exclusively?

If film is superior to digital sensors, why don't you all shoot with disposable cameras? Sure, it won't be sharp because of the camera's lens, but at least you'll have a best quality sharpless photograph and in comparison with digital photograph that also missed focus, yours will be better.

Can any filmfag explain?
