I'm Swedish too so I know the problems lol. Having it be dark in the summer would be nice, then you could easily go out with a tent or something over a weekend without freezing to death. Often when I have been out with the camera before it have been down to like -20.
I have actually been thinking of the possibility of sleeping in some cabin though, then you could pick one quite far away without getting a too long trip for one day. I think like two hours or so away from me it's very dark.
