I don't know about the framing. Seems to me like you cropped everyone out just to be edgy. It's unclear to me what you want to express.
Maybe cut crop the people but give the dog more space so you are telling a story about the dogs pov.

In general this one looks nice. But it is a bit ridiculous that the subject is turning the shot into some kind of advert. Or potentially shoot from slightly higher or lower so you can see the either the eyes or the mouth of the subject at least.
