A 2016 pentax k-1 with pixel shift mode will mog that piece of shit thedarkroom uses for sure, up to scanniny mf, but you have to have a competent light-tight reproduction tunnel and a good backlight.

A flash works best in my experience, you still need a backlight for focusing though.

You also need suitable glass to hold the film perfectly flat, without Newtonian rings or reflection, museum ar glass will work, but expect to pay a not inconsiderate amount.
