Mess around with contrast, blacks, whites and shadows (up them), then adjust the luminance, saturation and hue of the sea blue, down the luminance of the greens. The sand was probably yellow or orange, so turn the saturation way down to zero for both of them. Finally, tinker w clarity in the effects menu. Done

go back to cine101, there is a huge difference between intentional and artistic flair and accidental careless photographer flare, and in this case it's completely retarded as a lens hood that comes with every lens anyway would have solved it

If you think this is a one button preset in lightroom you are in for dissapointment.

This is clearly masking areas of the photo and adjusting them seperately.

If you want that look learn to mask the sea and edit it one way, the island masked and edited another way, adding in fake lens blurs, potentially photoshopping in the boat and person and extra palm trees.

That is most definitely the look of masking together multiple photos, objects and colour grades.

lower highlights & whites, raise shadows and blacks, also create gradient filter of increased contrast from bottom/middle (with increased highlights since you wanna blow the boat etc out), gradient filter of increased temperature on top left (or just really really raised blacks), fuck around

Drone shot as a base (most probably just frame from video capture), then it goes through a ton of photoshop. AI upscaling, dnburn, clone stamp, textures, colourization... It's practically a composite in the end. Couldn't find the precise source on op, but you can get a feel on what's done through it by this sample. Also, it's apparent that 'lens flare' that bothered our designated shitposter, is not actually lens flare at all. lol

Another sample. Texture and clone stamping is quite obvious. I actually admire how the editor manages to give it exaggerated tilt shift look.
