Recently bought one of these. I'm used to film, but I have a few questions.

What's the shutterspeed? It's probably 60, but it doesn't say anywhere.
Any tips? I've never handeld a box camera before.

yeah, check the fucking manual faggot, I literally opened the first one on google and it says right there the approximate shutter speed

I have an Agfa box and looking at box cameras in general I think they are all pretty similar.

yeah check the manual or do your own calculation, mine its like 40/50.

Really take time to compose the viewfinders are not reliable since they are probably not glass but polished metal so its funky to look into.

Also what film are you going to use? Those Kodak Six take 620 right? Its harder to come by than 120 as far as I know.

120 film can be respooled onto 620 rolls
it sucks but its doable, i've done it myself

this is really easy just buy a bunch of spools and then spool 120 film in a darkbag or dark room. beats paying 20+ dollars for fresh 620 from film photography project or freestylephoto.

You can modify 120 to fit 620 cameras
snip the edges of the spool ends and ground them flat with sandpaper until they fit you can find tutorials on youtube

Also, did they have a standard on ASA in the 60's? It doesn't say on the film that followed the camera.
