i bought an older one and i have not regretted it. there's nothing like it. the all glass rangefinder, the satisfying "cli-chunk", the brass and the old lenses and shit... nothing else fulfills my autism to this degree

I made the mistake of thinking I would get some if I learned to take good pictures.
Now I know that if I had spent all that money on hookers I would have had MUCH more sex.
Now I don't have sex nor money. New lens is arriving today in the mail tho and the pictures are gonna be amazing so who cares lol

the summarit 5cm f/1.5 looks incredible wide open in black and white. the highlights glow like some boring 1950s epic drama thats 3 hours long. it makes magic out of everything if the light is just right.

the problem is that i never shoot his thing wide open because then i would have to actually focus which takes a whole second or two.
