Remove any doubts that the horizon may not be straight, and raise the black level a bit while lowering shadows to keep the dark mood but take blotchy black, maybe white balance a bit to a more neutral white in the foreground to clear up to the viewer that this scene is natural. If that takes away too much of the dramatic effect, put more contrast in, maybe selectively.
In my eyes, the photo is formed by the reflections on the road, but also by the separation of "emptiness" in the foreground compared to "action" in the background. Calmness does leave the scene in the foreground to the road, the nature, the reflections and the silence, while the background makes for an exciting contrast scene, nailing a pinpoint perspective with leading lines and the highest highlights, interest, sharpness, contrast. All in all, it's a great shot!
