Hey fellas, I don't post here so sorry if this kind of thread is against general /p/ etiquette. Anyways, I'm looking for a compact enough camera mostly for taking photos and good quality video, as I like videoing myself as a kind of historical artifact to look back on. Want it digital so I can store on my computer but with a grainy sort of quality. I've been looking at the Canon G7X and it seems close to what I want, although I'd prefer slightly higher video resolution, however I know fuck all about cameras. Any recommendations?
