I still use my decade old lelnovo gaymen laptop and plug it to my 55" tv when I post process. I also have a Spyder calibrator which I dont use.

No. Biggest problem is that screen. It's low-res (by new laptop standards) and heavily optimized for gaming. It will not be color-accurate or have good dynamic range, and that 165Hz will be completely wasted. Other issue I see is the RAM. I'd be looking for something with at least 32GB for video work.

1080p screen with matte finish is less than ideal. and 512gb will get used up instantly, although that's quickly remedied with external drives.

16gb is cringe for video too, maybe ok if you're only doing 1080p

as long as you have 16 (preferably 24/32GB of RAM) youre good to go no matter how shitty your CPU is. and you dont even need a GPU if you just gonna edit photos. im editing 1000+ images every week, 50% batch edits, 50% image by image and i use a $600, 16GB RAM OLED screen lenovo laptop from 2014

basically, this is a checklist when buying a photo editing pc/laptop
>is this enough RAM?
>is the screen 100% sRBG / AdobeRGB?
