It may be the best time to get into MFT if you're looking for a hybrid system. With G9s going for like $600 and EM1iis for under $500, poorfags now have real modern features like 4k video and class-leading stabilization and weather sealing. Combine that with a huge selection of lenses both first party and chinese manual focus, the value proposition is the best as far as mirrorless goes.

That said, what's your ideal kit? I've got a trip to NYC coming up and have been thinking about what to take.
