If you use wide to normal primes MFT vs FF vs APS-S is personal preference or a budget decision.
Beware this rhetorical trick AKA the heap of grains paradox:
"A Ford F250 is only 50% larger than your toyota corolla, so actually your toyota corolla being 50% larger than a miata is just as big of a deal, just drive an F250 if you think a miata being smaller doesn't matter"
But a parking space or lane (your hand) fits the sedan and miata about as well while not fitting the F250, regardless of the relative sizes which exploit a flaw in the way you perceive logic. Although they can be phrased the same, they are in fact, not, because they don't exist in a void.
