Are megapanoramas based or cringe? I wanted to post the famous 1867 Moscow one but it says resolution is too large so here's a frog.

This panorama is based. A lot of panoramas suffer from bad execution, are shot at too wide angle for something distant, hence don't show what the photographer felt from this position, have an empty foreground, little to no portion of the actual motif
