Is the OM-5 + Oly 100-400mm + Oly 17mm f1.8 the best budget setup for a landscape and wildlife travel combo?
I want something that can get decent landscapes, and good reach for small animals and birds as well. Since I will be hiking with it, and since I am not rich, I want it to be light and cheap.
That whole setup is pretty damn light for the versatility it provides.
Can anybody think of a better combo at a similar price?
For me weight and price outweigh IQ. I just post online, never print anything, so IQ is not a big issue. Weather sealing is a bonus.
And before you say "get the E-M5 III": because of a promotion, the OM-5 is cheaper where I live currently
