But if you do want to make money, get success in the future etc, you have to face the reality of how to deal with AI. It is a very important upcoming factor. This is showing exactly where its at in March 2023 and looking at its current weakness to better plan to beat it.
One has to assume face and body match technology will come to this sooner or later.
Are these backgrounds passable?
Would you be happy replacing backgrounds in your photos with this on a paid job?
Is this lighting and editing passable on a paid job.
Can you tell its fake?
Obviously the big hurdle is still how does a paying client get themself into the photo. Right now you can add a photo of a person into the AI as a starting point but it cant quite get the final result to this level yet, but its absolutely getting worked on right now and developed. It will arrive sooner or later.
In summary, its on topic if we discuss whats wrong with it and how to beat it with photography.
Its off topic if we just talk about ai or go full doomer mode about the end of the world. Photography will still exist, its just about strategy and how to work around it.
