1. What's the cheapest, probably epson, printer that gives you
true black & white images ? To my knowledge those cheap 300-400$ Printers
never print real 16bit BW images correctly but always have some color cast on them.
But how's the option for high end printers + third party ink ?
If i paid for a printer 800$ i will definetely not buy the expensive original inks lol
2. Generic Ink Cartridges
if i bought a surecolor p700 and use none genuine ink cartridges
would it be fine or will it destroy my printer and give me none true bw images aswell ?
i know you can use none genuine ink on cheaper printers and they give you fine results on color prints through the colormanagements, which is just perfect.
but i never got true bw prints with original or third party inks on those "cheaper" printers around 400$

i pay around 15$ for a 30x40 Print at the printshop, usually it's a semigloss canon paper and thick enough
