Help me to read text on a low res picture

Is it possible to enchance a picture quality so I can read a text?

In this case I try to read the number on the red disc on my sewing machine so I can continue a project I left unfinished.

Free AI enchancer on web can't help.

that dial has like 10 settings, just guess and check on scraps of the same fabric

4 in a square is the default setting and it's probably the setting I was using at the time. I can't get back exactly the same result for some reason...
