>>4166164>Fujislugs look AT their cameras, I look through my cameras. We're not the same.Lol, try making some decent edits and print instead of looking through your viewfinder all the time.
>not an EVF thing, just the manufacturers gatekeepingName a single FF DSLR that has IBIS, pixel shift, and a sub 20mm flange distance. I'll wait.
>And yet it doesStill better than OVFs
>You have a S1R not a 5D2, why do you bother with ETTR? It usually washes out colors in highlights, if you're so desperate just bracket. And if you absolutely MUST do ETTR then learn UbiWB.This right here says that you don't understand the basics of digital photography. ETTR reduces noise, especially in the shadows. ETTR doesn't "wash out colors in highlights" it pushes tones to lighter values which appear washed out. Its pretty easy to darken them in post. I do bracket, and choose the shot that has the most exposure without blown highlights, aka, ETTR.
>lol, let me know when it affords you the creative control a field camera hasMovements? You do realize they make digital view cameras that have all the movements a studio monorail camera has if you want them. I couldn't be bothered desu. Rise and fall are great for correcting keystoning, sure, but that's easy to fix with a perspective crop in PS. tilts and swings were used to maximize sharpness, focus stacking is going to give better results that tilts and swings ever will.
>no commentI carry 3 batteries, it takes 5 secs to switch it and then continue shooting.
>You said in the same post that EVF leaves DR out. You're monitoring with a smaller gamut, literally crippling yourself.I've got the zebra strips set to 150% which is about a stop away from the raw file clipping in my experience. So I know if there are some zebra strips, by exposure is probably optimal. I still bracket if its a composition I'm really excited about in the field.
>inb4 no photoHere's one, about to frame this one for the gallery to hang.
