Seriously OP, would have been much better if you had the TV actually displaying her head. You need a car battery, 12V to 110/220V converter, and an old Raspberry pi (they have the analog output). This investment of a couple tenners is well worth it for your art creation.

Made or not I think it's an ugly snapshit that shouldn't exist. I also think the same about some of my own photos but I delete those instead of posting them here.
