Took it diving down to around 10m, no issues.
The weather sealing in my pentax k1 lasted over a decade... every continent, rain, snow or desert.
Dropped it multiple times, broke lenses mounted to the camera, and dropped it into the waves.
It never failed or faltered.
Message the person to whom I gave it, and guess what?
Still kicking.
Weatherproofing isn't a meme, and if you can't trust your gear.... then why risk using it?
