Ultimately, to get nice photos you have to make them interesting.

>>4170061This is a terribly underexposed shot with shadows that couldn't be recovered, and so the details on the bird are just lost. Would have been interesting shot, since the bird is singing in the photo, but the perch is uninteresting to me. In general I personally prefer more natural looking perches rather than manmade.
