Why is nobody talking about full frame sensors not being equal. I just found out some full frame cameras are not 36 x 24mm. All pro Canons are full frame, but Nikons are at least 0.1 off on one side usually, Leica of all brands don't have full frame full frame sensors...

These measurements sometimes refer to the active pixels only or the whole sensor, but fractions of a mm don't really matter when your competition includes:
Half the sensor area
1/4 the sensor area
A $6000 USD price tag and limited selection of lenses with not a single one coming in under $999
Older medium format cameras with bigger sensors, but of older gens so FF now has equal/better IQ (just like ancient FF cameras are now equaled or bettered by non-xtrans crop sensors)

Simply changing lenses on the same film camera body results in the frame size slightly changing. There's nothing about 36x24 being 'full frame'.
