Digital photography offers the possibility to free the practice of art from the need for money (because there are hardly any running costs), to create more quality through more quantity (because more photos mean more good photos), to be more independent (from the availability of chemicals and other raw materials), to get more attention (by publishing on the Internet), to be a pioneer (through faster working processes), to avoid losses (through outsourced back-up copies), to work without government repression (through encryption of image files and anonymous or pseudonymous publication of photos), and finally to be able to make your work disappear again at your own request with a single command. There is less freedom in analogue photography. Or not? (Mods not thinking about the essence of art ban for such posts.)
