I think the best way to increase your culture about photography is to go in a library and begin to read photography books randomly. You'll become more open-minded and you'll develop your own sense of creativity. I don't like browsing on the web because I can't find any decent website that shows complete works from photographers. There are more based on the popularity of a couple of photos.
