At this point, if you aren't dead set on DIYing an adapter, you can just buy one probably. You can get adapters for every mount imaginable nowadays.
Look up the focal flange distance for said lens and the focal flange distance for the mount on your camera.
This is the hard part:
Design an adapter in cad with your mount on one and and the lens mount on the other end so that the difference in flange distance is corrected. Meaning that the distance from sensor->rear lens element is according to the lens mount focal flange distance.
If the lens's flange distance is shorter than that of the mount, you'll need a corrective element. But at that point, better buy a commercial adapter
