>>4178458tried it and it didnt work. however, this is the situation: i got 2 old cybershots. one of them has never accepted the card. the other one told me a bunch of times to "reset the camera", which was partially solved by formatting the memorystick in camera (it gave the error half of the time). it seems to have been totally solved by formatting to FAT32, now that im testing it (zero errors).
but the other cam has never accepted the stick, its a 256MB one, so i doubt this one is too much/too modern for the camera. so im thinking this might be hardware related, something simple like reseating a ribbon, but this shit is crammed tightly, might end up killing it if i tear it apart even more.
