I have a Canon 9000F mark II scanner.
What's a good upgrade for under 1500USD?
Speed is probably the biggest issue with the 9000F.

DSLR scanning will be faster than any flatbed out there if you set it up right.

I followed this guide when I started dslr scanning back when I thought shooting film on a budget was still possible.

I have the same one and it works great with a hacked vuescan, just set up batching and do something else. spend the money on film.

Unless you need higher resolution or its literally needing to be replaced because its not working.
