for photography only, a7iv is currently the best camera you can buy under $3.5k and its also the best price/performance camera body under $5k. for video only, r6mk2 is the best under $3.5k price point. but again, for what youre doing, you can even go with a nikon, for your use case, it doesnt matter what you go with, its literally your choice at this point.
you can literally buy whatever the fuck you want. id go with a7iv if i was you. biggest lens selection, lowest prices for lenses that are in god tier compared to nikon/canon/panasonic (e.g canon 135mm RF is almost $3k while sony 135mm GM is $1,899 and also makes ten times better images) etc etc
