Lots of people dislike Nikon autofocus and CDAF is perfectly capable for stills.
Worse battery life is really a bummer, but you can always just invest in spares so in the end it doesn't really matter.
Top LCD and larger + higher res viewfinder are a non-issue (for me personally).
If you even wish you'd dabble into video or get an urge to try it out then S5 is going to give you lots of options and assistance for that. But if you already know that you won't get that wish then this is pretty much lost on you.
I like L mount glass options better and I think the Lumix 1.8 prime lineup is great.
Colors are a non issue if you don't do video. I guessing you post process your photos, right? I'd understand if you don't want to color grade video.
Better stills fps is what's going on for Z6ii, but for my use it doesn't matter. Does it matter for you?
The only person who can decide is you. It's a bit weird that you have so much Canon gear but can't decide between these two options when you know your usage case the best.
