Hey anons, I helped shoot this music video with a Sony a7siii and then I tried to color grade it working off the disco lights but the film wasn’t working with me, so I just did the best I could. I’m hoping to do more music videos like this in the future, any suggestions/tips? Greatly appreciated

you don't need to try and change the colors in post you need to change the colors on scene. even with chinese LED panels.

Just kidding, good camera choice, perfect for what you were trying to accomplish…I’d say the exposure might be a little low. I don’t have any opinions on the color grading until I see what it looked like before, but it at least seems coherent. Try fucking around with frame rate. Also, the song/dance moves are good which helps. In the future, maybe try filming in setting that aren’t so busy (if you know what I mean) but good work, just keep doing more projects and you’ll get better and better…
