Sorry about that anon. The film probably did not enter the take-up spool successfully. When I load my Pentax ProgA I usually need a couple of tries until the leader latches on the take-up spool and starts advancing.

The film lever wouldn't let me wind the film up after the last frame, I wouldn't think that this could be the cause.

Are there any edge markings on the film? Frame number, brand, etc? I dont see any in the photo and if it was a problem with the camera they should still be there, the lab may have screwed up the roll

Which camera are you using? Are you sure the shutter works? Try firing the shutter a few times at slow shutter speed with the back cover open. Do you see the shutter operating as it should?

This, even if the camera shutter wasn't firing there would still be frame markings. I got this similar result with contaminated rodinal which was completely inert.

I don't see any markings along the sprocket holes, is the end of the film opaque at the leader? this one might actually be a lab fuckup.
