you're not centered in the first place so you can't correct that in post, plus your lens massively stretched the horizon which you could easily-ish correct in post, but then the horizon and sky don't add too much to picture anyways, so I would have cropped kinda like this, also the colors and the subject aren't that crazy to me? I think it has the potential to be great with something in the picture, something very colorful on the steps, maybe? Something like a bright read sweater just laying there on the steps, I don't know.
