Hello guys! I'm really trying to extract the data but I'm not getting it, can someone explain to me how this works and the maximum amount of data I can get?

It either has it or it doesn't. It's just metadata, not some secret encryption that requires FBI software.

In addition to EXIF there's also other types of metadata, such as IPTC and XMP. You can use some metadata extraction utility such as exiftool to see what kind of metadata a file has.
