I used a GF2 and really enjoyed it alot plus with the 4:3 ratio. trivial issues are the kit lens has an onion ring vignette that appears in certain scenarios and the camera has no full manual mode. still a great cam for snapshits.

If I rember it correctly older lumix cameras had some weird behaviors in some modes, like no exposure comp in manual, or no exposure preview in P/A/S. Maybe >>4190454 means something like that?

Some products are obsolete the day they're launched, case in point. Trash ergonomics with no redeeming points. The only semblance of a viewfinder is the back screen.

That was at the end of an era of point and shoots that looked exactly like it. It's a point and shoot camera with large sensor and a lens mount.

I learned photography with that setup, but I can't look at the pictures I took with it because I would be hit hard by the nostalgia train.

That's because you're meant to manually compensate by adjusting shutter, ISO, and F-stop
P/A/S the lens doesn't stop down until you actually take the picture

Yeah exactly. Both insane behaviors for cameras with lenses that might have focus shift and bodies that already certainly have auto ISO. I think they fixed these misconceptions towards the end of mft and in the S series.
