Autofocus film SLR - typically $5. Nikon, Minolta, Canon made these. They aren't hyped by hipsters because they aren't retro... yet. And yet, they are piss easy to use and have built in flashes and flawless auto-exposure. Think minolta maxxum and canon elan.
A good lens for it - $50 tops, might come with one
4 rolls of 400 speed black and white film: $25
You can rate black and white film at a higher ISO, 1600-3200, so it works better in low light. It gets grainy but looks better than doing the same thing to digital.
