if you had 2 stylists, 2 hair stylist, a make up artist, 2 designers, 2 set decorators, brands to provide clothes and $100k worth of lighting and camera gear, you too could get this effect...
pic related is shot by yulia with only one strobe and an old canon DSLR and its the closest you will get to that look with your regular $2,000 SNOY and a $900 lens and thats if you buy AT LEAST ONE strobe with a soft box, preferably the densest one to soften the light as much as possible. you wont get better than this even with 10 strobes+softboxes unless you buy a medium format camera to have those soft shadows and all the possible detail in light shadows and colors that you see in the Beaute magazine image you posted, which you just cant get with an FF or APSC sensor no matter what you do.
