So a few days ago i decided to pick up my old canon50e again, which i haven't used in years because the film door broke. I had some gaffers tape to close it with andthought it would be fine. I loaded the film like I normally would, closed the film door by taping it and waited for the film to automatically advance. Nothing happened. Is it because the film door didnt close (click) since its broken, or is something else?
