fuji cheats on ISO, it's around 1/3-1/2 stop darker
fuji has less color noise but with modern software this doesn't really matter
everything fuji gained in color noise they lost in luminance noise. this is intentional. it's similar to film grain.
the x-t5 has nastier looking noise than the x-t4 and because it's fat grainy fuji noise, if you resize the image it can look like shit. not a high ISO camera.
neither is the 62mp sony line, the only thing that is remotely comparable. the a7riv/v looks like absolute dogshit at ISO 6400+ compared to the A7III, A7RIII, and A7IV, which clean up better and retain colors at high ISO settings. it's the same difference you see between the sovlful X-T3 and X-T4 vs. the cold sovlless specfag X-T5.
that is why fuji made the X-H2s so expensive. it is the camera that is actually an upgrade, not a sidegrade intended to bait stupid specsfags into consooming for le big number. if you consoom you have been baited and you will realize the x-h2s is better, and your new camera is worse, and then you will consoom again. business strategy: rock solid. when fuji releases an x-t6 that's an x-h2s in a dinky body you'll all eat it up.
i am skipping the x-t5 like i skipped every sony after the a7iii.
