You must be invisible, a part of an environment, consider yourself a chameleon. Third, and not the least important one, is to never, ever, I repeat, ever, walking openly with a camera. You hide your camera in a bad, and that must be not a photo bag, so nobody must have a clue what's in the bag. And you get camera from bag only when you're making shot, only then. And hide camera right after that.
