A camera without a viewfinder gets in the way, the glare from sunshine can make it unusable just like a phone. A viewfinder negates this.

if it comes with a native lens yes, I don't know about that Olympus but a lot of "only screen" don't have focus peaking, so you have to rely on the autofocus.

imo the 16mp is an awkward middle spot of the olympus sensors, i like the 12 and the 20mp a lot more. 12 because its very characterful and the noise has an interesting look, and the 20 because its just the 16 but better in every single way. also if you're buying it with that 14-42, prepare to be disappointed with the sharpness. olympus has some really good primes, but their kit zooms are pretty shit optically. if you want a compact zoom for it go with the lumix 13-32. you could also just get a mark 1 OM-D EM-10 mark 1 or 2 which has the same sensor for probably cheaper than that.
