I know nothing about photography. I don't even have a camera but I want to buy one. What camera should I use to get picutres like this ?
What first camera should I buy ?
A film camera ? A compact camera ? A digital camera ? I don't know.

Also I really like Nobuyushi Araki and Daido Moriyama's style of photography. I feel like Nobuyushi Araki pictures aren't perfect but there is something. What camera should I use ?

Film camera, use Tri X film.

But to be honest with Moriyama was more about the processing of the print he used a lot of techniques like burning and dodging on a enlarger.

Nowadays I think that he takes photos with a shitty compact camera and just crush the blacks on Lightroom lmao.

I cant speak about Araki, I am not familar enough with his work.

Photography is a middlebrow and context dependent art because it relies on reproducing real objects and therefore intersects with theatre, critique, sculpture, and anything else you can name that can have a picture put by or taken of it

Honestly, before anyone can make a concrete suggestion, you've got to express clearly specifically what it is about this style that you want to try to reproduce. Is it the graininess, the contrast, the composition, etc...?

Shooting prostitutes or prostitute-adjacent models is just Araki's thing, some of it is brilliant but a lot of it is just obscene. Moriyama's pictures of prostitutes are best appreciated as part of a cohesive body of work, which was representative of one period, but he has experimented a lot over time so you can find almost any style you want within the Moriyama style.
You might be interested in other Japanese photographers like Shomei Tomatsu.
If you live in Paris you could go take a look at the Maison Européenne de la Photographie. It's cheap, they rotate their exhibits frequently and it is excellent to broaden your horizons.

As for technique, which is orthogonal to artistic/stylistic considerations, either TriX and learn how to process it / abuse it as a previous Anon said, or any digital camera that will let output raw files, with a "normal" lens (anything between 24 to 65mm focal length; your phone probably has a 24 or 28mm equivalent if you want to get a feel for it, iPhone 14 is 26mm).
Digital is more forgiving and with monochrome processing all your chroma noise is going to end up as luma noise, which is usually more palatable.
Processing monochrome images is also very different from color, the design language is different. Explaining all differences would be beyond the scope of a 4chan shitpost but it's ok or even desirable to have pure blacks and/or pure whites in monochrome; Alan Schaller is a good example of this I think. Sebastião Salgado of course also springs to mind for a different style of high contrast monochrome photography. Then you're going to have to play with monochrome conversion process and tone curve to get something you like. Don't be afraid of using local adjustments.

Digital
Affordable film (yes, it was once 5x more expensive than it is today)
Widespread 1 hour photo labs

have both. i'd say you get a good digital camera first and practice alot.
you can edit digital photos easily also make them look "filmy"
everytime you use a preset, take a break, look over the photo, play around maybe,
make it better as you edit it yourself.
white balance is a big key, i sometimes mess up the WB so much it becomes greeny and then i like it more than the original.
as for film camera, you don't need a expensive one.
there are many real good successfull photographers on instagram
who actually use a simple contax tvs or olympus mju as their film cameras.
as for digital, maybe go with a fuji xpro 2 or something.
