What type of film is this?

It has something weird going on around the edges of the picture that probably identifies it.

Is it some kind of polaroid?
Or does slide film do that?

That doesn't mean anything. Mercedes is a massive automotive company but it still uses the cheapest plastic it can find.

Photoshop and a digital camera is far more cost effect than film.

They’re right it’s a digital border. Some models are shot with film on magazine/ad projects though.

If it were real itd would either be peel apart film (no longer made) or a darkroom RA4 print.
